These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales made on the website operated by Venus Swimwear.
Any order placed on the website implies the customer’s full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC.

These GTC define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products offered by Venus Swimwear.
3. Products
The products offered for sale are those listed on the website on the day the customer views them.
Each product is described as accurately as possible.
Photographs and images are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.
Venus Swimwear reserves the right to modify the product range at any time.
4. Prices
Prices are listed in euros.
Unless otherwise stated, the prices displayed include applicable taxes in accordance with current regulations.
Shipping costs, customs duties, and any other applicable fees are displayed before the order is confirmed.
Venus Swimwear reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, products will be billed based on the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
5. Orders
The customer places an order directly on the website.
Any order constitutes acceptance of :
- These Terms and Conditions.
- The prices.
- The descriptions of the products ordered.
An order is considered final after :
- Confirmation of payment.
- Sending of the order confirmation email.
Venus Swimwear reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of :
- An existing dispute with the customer.
- Suspected fraud.
- Inaccurate information.
- Payment issues.
6. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon placing the order.
The accepted payment methods are those displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
Transactions are secured through third-party payment providers.
Venus Swimwear does not store customers’ full banking details.
7. Delivery
Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of order.
Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only.
Venus Swimwear cannot be held liable for delays attributable to :
- Carriers.
- Customs authorities.
- Circumstances beyond its control.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided.
Any customs duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable European regulations, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason.

Returned products must :
- Be unworn.
- Unwashed.
- Undamaged.
- Returned with their original tags and protective packaging.
For hygiene reasons, swimwear from which the sanitary protection has been removed cannot be refunded.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
9. Refunds
Once the returned items have been received and inspected, the refund will be issued via the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Venus Swimwear reserves the right to refuse a refund if the return conditions are not met.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is attributable to Venus Swimwear.
10. Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted only :
- In the case of a defective product.
- Or a sizing issue, subject to stock availability.
Return shipping costs associated with exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the error is attributable to Venus Swimwear.
11. Legal Warranties
Consumers are entitled to the legal warranties provided by applicable law, including :
- The legal warranty of conformity.
- The warranty against hidden defects.
- These warranties apply in accordance with current legal provisions.
12. Liability
Venus Swimwear shall not be held liable for :
- Indirect damages.
- Operating losses.

- Damages resulting from misuse of the products.
Venus Swimwear’s liability is limited to the amount of the order in question.
13. Force Majeure
Venus Swimwear shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations in the event of circumstances beyond its control, including :

- Pandemic.
- War.
- Logistical disruption.
- Communication network failure.
14. Intellectual Property
All elements of the website remain the exclusive property of Venus Swimwear.

16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought as a priority.
In the absence of an amicable agreement, the competent courts shall be those within the jurisdiction of Paris, unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions.
European consumers also benefit from the protections provided by the laws applicable in their country of residence.
