Refund policy

At Venus Swimwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If an item does not suit you, you may return it in accordance with the terms below.
1. Return Period
Items may be returned within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must :
- Be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Be returned in its original condition.
- Have all tags and hygiene seals intact.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or the order number.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned :
- Items on sale or in a final clearance sale (“final sale”).
- Gift cards.
- Personalized products.
- Opened underwear or hygiene accessories, if applicable.
4. Return Procedure
To make a return :
- Contact our customer service at: venus.swimwear.club@gmail.com
- Provide your order number and the item(s) in question.
- Once your request is approved, return instructions will be sent to you.
Return shipping costs are :
- The customer’s responsibility.
5. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If the return is accepted :
- The refund will be issued via the original payment method.
- Processing may take between 5 and 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of error on our part or a defective product.
6. Exchanges
We accept exchanges only for defective items or size errors, subject to stock availability.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the product in question.
8. International Orders
Venus Swimwear accepts international returns.
The customer is responsible for :
- International return shipping costs.
- Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees associated with the return of the package.
Venus Swimwear cannot be held responsible for customs delays or losses caused by the carrier.
