This Shipping Policy describes how orders placed with Venus Swimwear are processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped :
- On Sundays.
- On public holidays.
- During certain exceptional periods announced on the website.
During peak periods (sales, promotions, holidays, or collection launches), processing times may be extended.
2. Delivery Areas
Venus Swimwear ships its products internationally.
The availability of certain delivery methods may vary depending on the destination country.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and may vary depending on :
- The destination.
- The carrier.
- Customs procedures.
- Peak periods.
Estimated delivery times :
France: 2 to 7 business days
Europe: 5 to 10 business days
International: 7 to 21 business days
These delivery times do not constitute a contractual guarantee.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated when the order is placed and displayed before payment is confirmed.
Additional fees may apply for :

5. Taxes and Customs Duties
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may be applied by the authorities of the destination country.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Venus Swimwear cannot be held responsible for any additional charges imposed by customs authorities.
6. Order Tracking
When a tracking number is available, it will be sent to the customer via email after the order has been shipped.
It may take several days for the carrier to update the tracking information.
7. Shipping Address
The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping information provided at the time of order.
Venus Swimwear cannot be held responsible for :
- Lost packages.
- Delays.
- Failed deliveries.
resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, Venus Swimwear cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
In the event of a lost or significantly delayed package, the customer is asked to contact :
- The carrier.
- Then Venus Swimwear customer service.
Venus Swimwear cannot be held responsible for :
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
- Theft after delivery.
- Delays related to customs or the carrier.
9. Damaged Packages
If the package arrives damaged, the customer must :
- Take photos of the package and the products.
- Contact customer service within 7 days of receipt.
After verification, an appropriate solution will be offered (replacement or refund).
10. Refusal of Delivery
If the customer refuses the package :
- Return shipping costs and any customs fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
- These amounts may be deducted from the final refund.
11. Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are subject to our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise specified.
12. Force Majeure
Venus Swimwear cannot be held liable for delays or inability to deliver caused by events beyond its control, including :
- Natural disasters.
- Strikes.
- Conflicts.
- Pandemics.
- Logistical disruptions.
- Customs inspections.
